Texas 2005
Frank Tavakoli, the owner of 100 plus chains of salons in Texas, noticed a common complaint among his clients; they wanted a natural, hair growth solution that would not give them any harmful side effects. He set out to find a solution.
France 2011
Scientists from France discover the VA complex, which contains a patented formula along with a combination of plant compounds and peptides that prolong the anagen phase (growth phase) of the hair cycle. This complex decreases DHT and also helps hair adhere to the hair follicle.
Costa Rica 2012
After taking a trip to Costa Rica, Frank was inspired to create a product that instilled the philosophy of Pura Vida (pure life). He decided to focus on only incorporating ingredients from nature to create a pure, natural product: PRODjin.
Back to Texas 2013
Frank implements 7 Step Water Purification System (more pure than your bottled water!) in his hair care laboratory. This means PRODjin has a virtually zero bacteria environment and greatly improves the efficacy of the natural extracts used in the products.
Creation of PRODjin in 2014
With the combination of all natural plant extracts, the VA complex, and the water purification system, PRODjin is born.
